Sneaker Cleaning Subscription Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Unlimited Basic Plan. By subscribing, you agree to these terms, so please read them before you join. We’ll keep it short and sneakerhead-friendly.

📝 Subscription Overview

  • Plan Name: Unlimited Basic Plan

  • Cost: $20/month

  • What You Get: Basic cleaning for up to 4 pairs of sneakers per week.

👟 What’s Included

Our Basic Cleaning covers:

  • Surface dirt removal

  • Sole cleaning

  • Laces cleaning

  • Insoles cleaning

Note: Deep cleans, stain treatments, repainting, dyeing, or restoration services are not included in this plan. Those are separate services and will be charged accordingly if requested.

⏰ Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround is up to 14 days per cleaning. We aim for sooner, but sometimes your beaters need a spa day.

📍 Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Drop off your sneakers at either of our locations during business hours.

  • You will be notified when your sneakers are ready for pick-up.

  • Please ensure shoes are dropped off in a bag or box with your name clearly marked.

🔄 Cleaning Limits

  • The subscription allows up to 4 pairs per week.

  • Unused cleanings do not roll over to the following week.

  • Weeks run Monday-Sunday.

❌ Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime through your customer profile or by contacting us directly.

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations. But hey, you can still clean till the month ends.

💳 Payments

  • Payments are auto-billed monthly on your signup date.

  • If your payment fails, services will be paused until payment is received.

👀 Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to pause or cancel subscriptions if misuse is detected (e.g. multiple people using one plan or exceeding fair weekly usage consistently). Think of it like gym memberships — don’t bring your uncle’s, cousin’s, neighbor’s sneakers every week.

🛠️ Damage & Liability

We take care of your kicks like our own, but:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose materials, or manufacturer defects that worsen during cleaning.

  • For rare damages caused during cleaning, contact us within 48 hours of pick-up so we can resolve the issue.

💬 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to improve our service or adapt to changes. Any updates will be posted here with the revised date.
